UserReplay signs alliance deal with Appsee to deliver best of breed Session Replay for browser and mobile apps

UK-based startup UserReplay has signed an alliance agreement with Tel Aviv-based Appsee.

UserReplay’s product helps companies with ecommerce channels understand the difficulties that their customers face when using their websites - such as poor usability and navigation - so conversion rates can be improved. Acting as a black-box recorder, UserReplay tracks customer journeys through an ecommerce website so users can see exactly what each customer has done.

UserReplay includes both visual session replay, and in-depth technical analysis, for browser-based user journeys on both desktop and mobile. Appsee provides this capability for mobile apps. Both solutions help ecommerce providers enhance conversion and remove technical problems. The deal will provide a unique capability for improving customer experience across all on-line channels.

In December, User Replay closed a seed funding round of $500k to bring the total funding raised by the British company to date to $2.5m.
