eCommerce Expo has seen a 15 per cent increase in visitors to its latest show, its fifth successive annual rise.
The event was held at Olympia 2 in London between 11 and 12 October, and was boosted by visitors to the neighbouring Call Centre and Customer Management Expo.
These additional visitors led to an overall 29 per cent growth in visitor numbers on 2010’s figures, and meant there were 6,134 total attendees at the show, pending an ABC audit. The event achieved a record 82 per cent of exhibitors who rebooked their stand on the day for the following year, an increase of 23 per cent on the 2010 figures.
Group event manager, Andy Kiwanuka, said: “We were able to secure leading exhibitors and speakers from the cutting edge of ecommerce. The marketing activity for the event was also a key focus with many new and vital media relationships formed.”
The eCommerce Expo will take place next year between 3 and 4 October 2012 at Olympia 2, London.
