First up this week, Morrisons are looking for a Senior Digital Operations & Insight Analyst to join their team in London. Based in Berdmondsey, you’ll be responsible for building the insight and analytical capability for the brand’s new eCommerce channel, which is part of their newly remodeled multi-channel business. Working across the Food Online team, you’ll develop a holistic view of the business to deliver highly actionable insights that enhance customer experience, maximise sales opportunities and drive improvements to financial performance. The right candidate for this vacancy will have a strong statistical background, the numerical and communication skills to make data tell stories and a good working knowledge of Google Analytics. Strong attention to detail is also essential.
Next up, B&Q are searching for Online Category & Trading Managers to join their team in Southampton. Working for the exciting omni channel team, you’ll be the driving force behind the brand’s omni channel strategy, helping to maximise online sales and profit, create and deliver customer-focused Online Merchandising plans – and plan and execute B&Q’s online trading plans. To catch B&Q’s eye for these vacancies you’ll need to have previous experience within an online retail environment, a keen interest in the science of customer buying behaviour and a proven track record of having grown online sales and margin. You’ll also need to be innovative and ambitious in order to see a clear path for B&Q’s omni channel strategy.
In third place, Success Digital are on the look out for a Head of eCommerce to join a successful multi-channel retailer in Cambridge. In this role you’ll be responsible for trading, boosting the online turnover and improving the conversion rate and operational management of the web store. Reporting into the Directors, you’ll also help to identify and executive opportunities to grow eCommerce revenue, manage all online marketing budgets and activity, champion and grow eCommerce within the brand and take overall leadership of the website team, including content production, online marketing and trading.
Next in line, House of Fraser are searching for an Operations Analyst to join their team in London. Working at their Baker Street office, you’ll support the Operations Manager in delivering the brand’s eCommerce proposition. Key responsibilities include creating and managing ‘users’ for the eCommerce application set, helping with the testing and implementation of platform releases and upgrades and taking day to day responsibility for the web maintenance processes. To bag this job you’ll need to have a sound knowledge of internet retail, an understanding of product and order life cycles in e-Fulfilment and excellent communication skills.
Last but not least, MET Marketing are looking for an eCommerce Assistant to join one of the biggest online retail brands in Manchester. In this role, you’ll take management of product and site content from a usability and design perspective and you’ll be responsible for the management of 3rd party agencies and partners. Other key responsibilities include reporting on eCommerce marketing activity from site analytics to email open and click-through rates, generating site traffic through SEO and PPC and ensuring products, promotions and content are timely, accurate and deliver on KPIs. The ideal candidate will have experience in an online retail/eCommerce role, an understanding of the range of digital campaigns, including SEO, PPC, web merchandising and site usability and a knowledge of online analysis tools and the ability to report information pulled from analysis.
