Online businesses reaching the highest levels of customer satisfaction ever survey reveals.

According to the eRetail Benchmark study from eDigitalResearch, top retail performers are repeatedly being rated highly by online shoppers as a result of improvements and updates to their websites.

Keyword search is one of the areas that has seen a large increase in satisfaction levels, because of the introduction of predictive text operations and other new technologies.

Similarly, navigation remains one of the highest performing sectors within the study, with multi-filtering options named as a key consideration.

Derek Eccleston, research director at eDigitalResearch, commented: "As the MEcommerce revolution continues to gain popularity with more and more customers now having the power to shop when, where and how they want, it is important that retailers continue to provide a seamless shopping experience across the customer journey.
