How can ecommerce businesses utilise the Facebook platform to be more social by design ?
Ivan Heneghan from Facebook will provide the answers during his keynote at ecommerce expo 2011.
The Web is changing from informational to social, with more and more businesses adopting the approach of ensuring their current and potential customers are at the very centre of everything they do, and using social media to do this.
This approach – being social by design – is playing a key role in businesses finding success on Facebook.
In this session, Ivan will look at exactly what social by design is; show examples of businesses seeing success through this; and talk more about how ecommerce businesses are also becoming more social.
The session will cover two main areas – firstly, delving into exactly what being social by design is, and the key considerations for any business considering moving in this direction; and secondly, looking at how ecommerce businesses specifically can approach the Facebook platform to be more social by design.
Ivan's keynote takes place at ecommerce expo on 12th October from 11.15 - 11.45am.
